William (Woody) brings over 20 years of experience to his role as President at Commerce Advisors. Over two decades, Woody has been recognized for his outstanding performance and remarkable client service by being named to the Chairman's Circle of Excellence at Wachovia Securities and to the Prudential Securities Director's Council and President's Council. Woody began his career in the financial services industry in 1987 with the Union Planters Investment Banking Group. Woody gained further experience by serving as a vice president in the Bond Division of First Tennessee Bank and later as senior vice president of Prudential Securities. Woody is also employed by Commerce Square Trading and holds the following registrations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 31 and insurance. A lifelong Memphian and graduate of Christian Brothers College, Woody is an active member of the Memphis community.

Vince brings over 30 years of experience to his role as CEO of Commerce Holdings LLC, the holding company for Commerce Advisors, LLC. Prior to joining Commerce Advisors, Vince spent 27 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC (PWC) as an assurance partner serving public and private clients. He was admitted to the partnership in 1985, and in 1989 briefly left the firm to work on the separation of Commerce Advisors' sister company, CSG, LLC from Furman Selz. Vince returned to PWC in 1991 to assume the role of managing partner of the Memphis office until he retired in June 2007. Vince was the lead engagement on public investment funds, large public companies, REIT IPOs and follow-on offerings, and high profile mergers. Vince was lead partner on two Global 1000 clients and additionally managed the combined assurance practice for Birmingham, Memphis and Knoxville. After the 1998 merger of Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand, Vince served on the Service Industry Leadership team. His responsibility on the team was to integrate and align a $500 million practice in the Americas with the firm's overall strategy. Vince also served as a member of the REIT subject matter expert practice group dealing with SEC reporting and lease revenue recognition. Vince is a member of AICPA and Tennessee Society of CPAs; a past member of National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Board member and Audit Chair of Trust One Bank, Christian Brothers University (serving nine year term), Board of Trustee, served as Chairman of Finance Committee, Chair of Audit Committee and member of Advancement; Ducks Unlimited, Inc. member of Audit Committee, Past Board member of Make A Wish Foundation, and St. Agnes-St. Dominic School, Finance chair.

Miles Fortas brings 15 years of financial experience to his role with Commerce Advisors. Miles serves as the chief financial officer and chief operating officer. Miles is responsible for Commerce Advisors' financial reporting process, administration oversight, compensation and management operations. He also serves as the president of AIM Charity, the benevolent arm of CSG. Miles began his career at CSG in 1998 as the chief financial officer and later added the role of chief operating officer. In 2002 he accepted an ownership position in the firm. Prior to joining CSG, Miles was a senior audit engagement supervisor for Ernst & Young in its Assurance and Advisory Business Services Division. He graduated with honors from Rhodes College with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He also received a master's of accountancy degree from Rhodes College. Miles holds a Series 28 license through Commerce Square Trading, LLC (CST). He serves as the chapter CPA advisor for the Kappa Delta sorority at Rhodes. Miles serves on the Board of Directors for Home Therapy Specialists (HTS) in Austin, Texas. HTS is a Medicare-certified rehabilitation provider. Miles works with all CSG Holdings, LLC companies including CSG, CST and Commerce Advisors.

Mike brings over 20 years of analyst and consulting experience to Commerce Advisors. Mike began his career at Commerce Advisors' sister company, Consulting Services Group, LLC (CSG) as a financial analyst and has worked in various capacities, including senior supervising analyst and director of manager research. Before joining CSG in 1990, Mike was employed by First Tennessee Investment Management as an equity trader, investment analyst, and portfolio manager. Mike holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Arkansas State University. He holds the series 7, 63 and 65 licenses through Commerce Square Trading, LLC (CST). Mike is employed by Commerce Advisors, CSG and CST.

Jennifer Trottman brings 8 years experience to her role with Commerce Advisors. Jennifer joined Commerce Advisors' sister company, Consulting Services Group, LLC (CSG) in 2001 as a financial analyst with responsibilities including asset allocation, manager research, and performance reporting and became a member of the Private Client Services Team in January 2007 as a consultant. In this role, Jennifer is primarily responsible for client servicing. She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in banking and finance from the University of Mississippi and holds a series 7 license through Commerce Square Trading, LLC (CST). Jennifer currently serves on the board of Blue Streak Scholarship Fund and is employed by Commerce Advisors, CSG and CST.

Jenna Lowry joined Commerce Advisors' sister company, Consulting Services Group, LLC (CSG) in February 2004 and brings a wealth of research and analytical experience to Commerce Advisors. She is currently a Senior Research Analyst at Commerce Advisors. Before joining CSG, she worked as a tax analyst with Dunavant Enterprises, Inc. for its privately held corporations and the Dunavant Family. Jenna graduated cum laude from Mississippi State University with a BBA in marketing and in 2001 earned a masters in business administration. Jenna is employed by both Commerce Advisors and CSG.
Akos Beleznay, PhD ²

Mr. Beleznay has extensive experience in statistical analysis and currently serves as Chief Investment Officer of alternative investments for CA and President | Chief Investment Officer of QAM and Commerce Asset Management LLC (CAM), both affiliates of CA. Mr. Beleznay is also a registered representative of Commerce Square Trading, LLC (CST). Prior to Quantitative Alternative Management, Mr. Beleznay was the Director of Consulting Research for Equitas Capital Advisors, LLC from 2002 to 2003 and Chief Investment Officer of Equitas Evergreen Fund LP, a fund of hedge funds from 2003 to 2010. He began his career at ING Baring (Hungary) as a fixed income trader in 1996. Between 1997 and 1998 he led the Private Banking Business of the largest Hungarian commercial bank. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Beleznay was an investment management consultant with Prudential Securities, Inc. in New Orleans from 1999 to 2002. He holds an MBA from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA and a PhD degree in Physics from Eotvos Lorand University in Hungary. Mr. Beleznay holds the series 7 and 63 licenses through Commerce Square Trading LLC.

Audrey brings over 20 years of experience as an executive assistant to Commerce Advisors. Audrey has spent over 6 years as an assistant to the executives at CSG and continues to be in charge of CSG's request for proposal ("RFP") process. Prior to joining CSG, Audrey worked for Shelby County Government in the Criminal Court Clerks Office as lead courtroom clerk. Audrey is employed by both Commerce Advisors and CSG.
